Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with FedEx, UPS, DHL or your local courier depending on your shipping address. We need 1-2 working days to process and dispatch orders from our warehouse. In peak periods, such as Holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.
Orders are shipped from US, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore depending on the proximity of shipping address you provided and our availability. This way we can get you your items faster.

If a customer makes a purchase through Paypal E-check, their order will wait additional processing period until the payment is verified.
If a customer enters a wrong address and the postal service is not able to deliver the product because of that reason, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Once we process and ship your order, you will immediately receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. If you didn't receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) and 5 business days have already passed, please contact us and we will find a reason or solution as soon as possible.
